31 Jan: Board Roles & Responsibilities (Saturday 3-6pm) Diarmaid O Corrbui is CEO of Carmichael Centre and will walk you through board roles, good practice and compliance.

4 Feb: Risk Management (Noel Prior- DCU) 12-1pm. Noel will provide a layman’s guide to risk management with some simple examples to illustrate how to get the fundamentals in place.

10 Feb: Social Media (Jennifer Moran) 10am-1pm. Jennifer will provide participants with an understanding of how social media can be utilised to highlight and promote the work of your organisation.

18 Feb: How Communities Access Social Finance (Donal Traynor- UCIT) 7-9pm
